From rooms with our basic amenities all the way to rooms and cabins with full kitchens, we have something for everyone. All guest rooms have coffee makers, hair dryers, DVD players and in room safes. Remember book online and save... and book early to get the best possible rates. Remember to please include all children when making reservations as we adhere to a strict policy of not exceeding the guest limit in our rooms!
Maryland & Pennsylvania
These buildings offer rooms that accommodate up to 4 or 6 guests .Rooms that allow up to 4 guests have two queen beds and are located on the second floor of each building. Rooms that accommodate up to 6 guests have two double beds with a sleeper sofa, or the corner units that have two queen beds with a sleeper sofa, these can be located on the first or second floors. All rooms in these buildings have a compact refrigerator microwave combo as well as coffeemaker, iron & ironing board. These rooms face our quad area, which is home to the volleyball court, basketball, outdoor pool, putt putt and our centrally located laundry facility. No additional guests are allowed in 6 person rooms, one additional guest is allowed in the 4 person room with a $25 extra charge per night.
Delaware, Virginia & Carolina Buildings
The DE and VA buildings face the main quad area which is home to the volleyball court, basketball, outdoor pool, putt putt and our centrally located laundry facility. The Carolina building is located across from the Caribbean Key indoor pool near the rear of our property. These guest rooms are located in the rear of our property and are either first or second floor. The Florida building is home to our Caribbean Key indoor pool. These guest rooms have full kitchens including a microwave, oven, and full size refrigerator along with cookware, flatware and flat screen televisions. The maximum guest allotment is four total adults and children. The end units allow a maximum of six total adults and children.
Vacation Homes
The vacation homes are available as weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday. They offer two bedrooms, one that has one queen bed and the other has a queen with a pullout full size trundle bed. The living area has a sleep sofa and offers a flat screen television. Our guests love the privacy these cabins offer. The maximum for the vacation home is six total adults and children. Vacation Homes 600-613
Vacation homes 600-613 are available for weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday. Located on the main property and close to all of our amenities. They offer two bedrooms. One bedroom with a queen bed and the other with a full size mattress and pull out trundle. There is also a pull out sofa to easily accommodate up to six guests. Enjoy the spacious living room and dining room for great family memories. The stocked kitchen cabinets makes cooking family meals together a breeze. Just steps from where the kids can splash the day away. This private setting welcomes relaxation and great memories for your vacation. These cabins are not available online. Vacation Homes 614-621
Vacation homes 614 - 621 are available for weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday. Located on Elm Street adjacent to the main property. They offer two bedrooms, an open loft and a living room to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. Sink in the comfy L-shaped couch in the living room for a movie night on our large flat screen television. The stocked kitchen cabinets makes cooking family meals together a breeze. Each unit comes with its own washer and dryer. Relax on your own private deck patio overlooking our bridge walkway and fishing pond. Just steps from where the kids can splash the day away. The private setting will quiet overworked minds and remind you that you're on vacation. These cabins are not available online. Please call to check for availability.
Ranch Style Rooms
The Ranch Style rooms can have two double beds or the end units have two double beds and a sleep sofa. The ranch style rooms also have a compact microwave - refrigerator combo. All guest rooms are located on the first floor and one building is dedicated for our guests with accessibility needs. The maximum guest allotment is four total adults and children. The end units allow a maximum of six total adults and children. No additional guests or rollway beds are permitted in this room type.
The Lodge
These rooms are located on the second and third floor of our Main Building. We do not offer an elevator so please keep that in mind when booking. These standard guest rooms have either one or two double beds. One extra guest can be accommodated in these rooms with a $25 extra charge per night. The maximum guest allotment is four total adults and children.
